in the prepare of stew there are certain steps you should now such as knowing the ingredients sch as fresh tomatoes solid or tin tomatoes your Maggi your salt your pepper and onion and also you groundnut oil cray fish and meats and so on this are ingredients needed in the preparation of delicious stew

• washing and blending of your fresh tomatoes this is normally the first that I usally observe before I prepare my stew now after blending you fresh tomatoes secondly you boil it you make sure that the water in it dry up this will avoid and prevent your stew from having a harsh taste I normally do this when preparing my own stew
  
  

• then you on your gas put in your pot and at a little oil on it after some minutes you can then add your onions this will help to make the stew more delicious and taste lively
  
  

• after you had put you onion into the groundnut oil you you can then add you boiled fresh tomatoes on it or you tin/canned tomatoes this is the most important parts we should consider when preparing our stew now after you have added you tomatoes on the hot oil which is inside the pot you will immediately start tunning it with you spoon this will make your stew taste you delicious and look more nice to eat
• after you have added you tomatoes you can then add your ingredients which may be fish meat Maggi salt pepper pumpkin leaves if you want to add for the Maggi and salt you will add it based on the quantity of what you are cooking do not over add it if you do it will not taste delicious
  

• then you can then add a water please do not over add it with water add base on the quantity of what you are cooking if you should over add it will not give a good taste
• lastly cover your pot and leave it to boil for some time your delicious stew is ready you can now enjoy your stew
