I'm so grateful to @steemitblog for granting me the great opportunity to nominate. My name is Ime Gabriel Okon with the user name @prudent85 I joined steemit platform in the month of August I'm about four month old in this great platform.

To me the best author for this year is @focusnow, for the few months I have been on steemit platform he has been so active, according to his profile he joined steemit platform on February 2018 and so far he has written about 5881 post's. I learned the important of markdown in a post from him.

I will still nominate @fucosnow as the best community contributors to steemit platform, looking at his profile he has about 1415 followers he is a mentor to so many people when it comes to steemit platform. he has contributed greatly to steemit platform, he isn't just a great leader he has been able to raise great leader such as @ngoenyi @whitestallion @ijelady and others. @fucosnow is one of the first name a newbies comes to know in steemit.

@steemalive has 7,347 subscribers and 223 active members, the mission of steemalive is to onboard as many new users, they are to recruit, retain and reward her members. the community has been living up to their mission; almost all her members can attest to the fact, since I joined steemit platform, steemalive is one of the community that has been so active, the impact of her Promotion "steemalive Road Show" which as become a household name in Nigeria, the program is usually every Fridays . The road show has given birth to many new users to steemit. Steemalive does not only signed up people but has a very well organized system design to help the newbies understands steemit platform. Steemalive has set up coordinators in different levels to help recruit and retain members.
