Weekly food diary: Summary of food I enjoyed within the week by @princesshope.
Introduction
Hello guys, every living thing need food to stay strong and leave healthy that why we can't stay without eating and you can easily tell when a person is not eating from his or her appearance so am here to give you a summary of the fii enjoyed within the week.
1. Breakfast at home
What's there. Rice,egg, fish and vegetables
Why I love it: I so much love rice especially white rice and Stew or vegetable source because it's my favorite food and it contains vitamin and carbohydrate.
Prepared by: The food was prepared by me, I went to the market the previous day and I bought vegetable 300 naira, fish 500,egg 400, fresh pepper and tomato 300 so the total amount spent is 1500 because we already have rice and other things at home so I just prepared it before going to work.
2. Dinner at home
What's there: Beans,yam and fish.
Why I love it: I love the beans because it's rich and I prepared it myself. Am not a fan of beans so the only time I eat beans is if it's prepared my me because I only enjoy my beans because I always cook it to my test.
Prepared by: The food was prepared by me when I returned from work, on my way home I branched the market because it's getting late so I can't go home and come back so I bought yam 1300, beans 480, fish 400 and fresh pepper 200 which is a total of 2380. Then I went home to prepare it.
3. Lunch at work
What's there: Rice, chicken, salad, green beans, sweet corn and spring onion.
Why I love it: I love the fried rice because it has everything I need in it because it contains alot of protein and it's healthy for the body.
Prepared by: The food was prepared by Kems kitchen, she runs a restaurant and she is my boyfriend elder sister so he bought the food at her restaurant at the price of 1500 but she sells it more than that to other people.
4. Dinner at home
What's there: Noodles,egg and pepper
Why I love it: I love this noodles because it has fresh pepper in it and fresh pepper gives it an amazing test.
Prepared by: I personally prepared the noodles my self when I got home from work and it cost me just 400.
5. Dinner at home
What's there: plantain, vegetable, fish,egg with fresh pepper and tomato.
Prepared by: The plantain and vegetable sauce was prepared by me after returning from work and it cost me a total sum of 4500 because the price of things in the market now is very expensive.
Conclusion
They say food is health so guys always eating a healthy food to leave a healthy life but make sure not to abuse the food by eating it too much because it will end up making you fat.
See this woman nau, the meals look just so appealing and I'm sure they are very tasty
That boiled plantain and sauce is what'll like to eat at your own expense

Food is the source of nutrients that our bodies need to stay strong and healthy. Without food, our bodies would die. Our body needs the energy that food provides in order to function. Without food, we would not be able to stay alive for long periods of time.
