In a case where there's no soap, one can use a Hand sanitizer since it contains about 60% alcohol which isn't friendly with germs.
Yeah, hand sanitizers can actually be used when there is no running water available but that doesn't mean the habit of hand washing should be stopped, nothing can overtake the importance of water in cleanliness
Yeah very true. The use of water and soap is best when compared to that of sanitizers. But in a case where there's no soap and water the sanitizers should be used as alternative.
