Another New week
God has been so Faithful🙌

I woke with so much joy missed with pain.
I feel the pain was caused by the rigorous exercises I have been undergoing.
I walked straight to the bathroom to get set for church.

I really enjoyed the service and I learnt that I need to stay in God's Presence to get established in life.
The service ended peacefully after which we spent some time cleaning the church.

I got home feeling so cold and feverish.

I had lunch.

I spent some time online seeing some YouTube videos

After which I rested.
