Just like the bible says"be with those who are mourning" we come there to comfort the family at well as give them encouraging words though its was not an easy thing but we have hope that JAH will help and comfort them best.

There is no better way to comfort them than being there that day, your being there alone is a source of encouragement to the family and like you said...jehovah knows the best way to comfort them.
