MILO

Milo is a chocolate flavoured malted powder product produced by Nestle. it is mixed with milk, hot water or cold to produce beverage. Now lets go back to the 2000.., can you still remember the MILO CLAP? how many times did the visit your school? That's what makes milo popular even when there was no or little means of advert as we have today. They bring it to your door excertly the same method @steemalive is using today. Milo is an energy beverage strongly associated with sports and good health and i started using it far back when i was still in primary as i will buy it just to leak it. sometimes i will just corner it from my mum shop. Lol, let my mum not see this post or am in trouble.

PICK MILK

Can you still remember the unforgettable Papilo peak milk advert? That legendary peak milk advert is one of the best ever to to hit our tv screen. That advert alone made me choose pick milk. I thought i will be like papilo.
Pick milk is used in talking most breakfast food whether for adults or children and the test is wow!!. i could remember one certain night mum was not feeling fine, she was very weak and it was already late. All we did was mix pick milk with malt for her and she regain her strength. Some even mix it with garden egg leaf for someone in need of blood .

CREAM CRACKER KAMPS

My best biscuit ever. Very delicious and nutritious. I normally use it to drink tea and one thing i like most about it is that it has low sugar. It's totally different from cream crackers. it can be use as snacks and can be taken with tea or milk.

HARD TACK PLUS

i cant forget the day my younger sister gave me little to test. Ever since than i can't go a day without eating it. Very hard and at the same time, very sweet. Sold at 10naira but just last week, will i say because of high demand or what, the price is now 20naira. I even thank God, thats how i reduce how i consume a day.

Owned by Coca-cola and locally manufactured by Nigeria bottling company(NBC) Eva bottle water passed through processes like filtering and purification treatments before being bottled. I think Eva is no 1 as it stands now when it comes to bottle water

Though i don't knw much about neu-life but from the information i gathered from a reliable source, its a very nice table water and since it got approval from Nafdac, i believe it is good for consumption . water is life but that same water can be dangerous to our system if not clean. Manufactured here in Nigeria

Conclusion

Is drinking cold water bad for your body? There is no evidence that drinking cold water is bad for health. But in same cases, have you noticed that too much of it can cause Cough? Bottom line... Too much of everything is bad. So take good care of yourself. Make wise decision when choosing a brand.
