Preface

Wow,am very happy to be back with you guys in this community with this very interesting topic,the week one and two of this contest have all gone and today the week three has been brought out and different topics where given to us all to deliberate on so as to be active in the community and also to help grow our accounts and that of the community.

Malaria is really something that is disturbing us all here in Nigeria,as it is the most popular sickness in my country.today I will like to touch on the meaning of the very sickness malaria and also the effects and also how to protect our selves and family from it.

About malaria

Malaria as we all know are really slow killing sickness which can come to any learnt to cause lots of harm to our body.
It is caused by A very known insect and which is called mosquito.its not just that all mosquitoes do transmit this disease to our body when they bite us,but just that it is only the female anapheles mosquito that do transfer this disease to our body.And it is usually done when it bites us and there taking our blood and later tranfering it's water to our body which causes sickness.

This very sickness should not be overlooked, because when it enters the body,it will slowly attack the red blood cells which helps to fight against some disease,and after the blood cell is week,it can now have enough chance and attack the body, according to research,it is been said that malaria can equally cause other health problems like kidney failure,mental confusion and most times death.

In 2020,it was observed that there was a high rate of malaria victims and as such it killed many lives and that is the one reason we all should try to fight against it before it causes more.harm to us.there are really types of malaria but due to time I will not go into it.

What brings to the cause of this sickness

In the early days,some people may think that malaria is caused by the harmful air we breath,but as time goes on and the scientist looked into the matter,they observed that this very disease is not only caused by the harmful air we breath but rather,they observed that it is caused by the bite from a female anapheles mosquito,which bites our body and takes our blood and therefore exchanging it with a harmful disease.Abd also we also contribute to the widespread of this very sickness because mosquito do not like a clean environment and because they like the dirty one,they will come to that environment and therefore causing many sickness to those living there.

The syptoms I experience when suffering from malaria

Malaria,really comes.uo with many syptoms whenever they enter into our body and with the help of this contest I can now get the opportunity to teach you guys on the symptoms and also learn from you as well.

• Whenever it comes up that malaria has really attacked my body there is this one syptoms I do notice,I notice that I usually have fever and that is the abnormal state of the body.

• Another syptoms I feel whenever the illness falls on me is that I feel headache and most times would want to vomit.

• One syptoms I do really feel whenever I am suffering from this very sickness is that I really feel muscle or abdominal pains.

• Fatigue.

How common malaria is in my city

To say the gospel truth, malaria is very serious in my city,and reason why I said that is because anyone that goes to a medical labs and comes back the only thing the lab will show is that the person has malaria and that is because the gutters are not well cleaned,there are dumping of unclean water on the road and that can really make a mosquito to go to the unclean water lay it's egg,and in that process there will be high rate of mosquito which may cause malaria.

Practical ways to prevent the spread of malaria

Malaria can be prevented in many practical ways and that can only be achieved if we first increase our hyginic rate.now I will list some of the points by which we can use to prevent this disease.

• Using good and medically assured mosquito nets on our windows and also sometimes,it can be used to cover our bed.

• Insuring that there is not dirty water dumping near our sorroundings.

• Cleaning up dirty gutters.d

• Applying insect killers in our homes can be a way to prevent the bite of mosquito which may cause malaria.

• Beware of the water you drink because they do lay there eggs on exposed water.

Drugs I have used to effectively treat malaria

In the field of medii,there are many drugs used in curing this malaria and the best one I have ever tried is chloroquine phosphate and quinine.this are the best drugs I have ever used to cure my malaria and immediately after drinking it I found out that it was no where to be found in my body again.
