Introduction
hello folks,how are you all doing and well.in my country it's really cold as rain have been falling for days.
today I will like to share with you a very nice topic which is really one of our problems in our world today, corruption is really bad as it goes a long way to expose people to join in any form of bad practice which will affect the community and nation as a whole.
What is bribery and corruption
I can equally say in my own understanding that these are the bad practices dome by people to gain more monetary gain and at last hurting the poor and making our lives in danger.
Why is it common
this very issue is really common in our world today,and the reason for that is because people really think that they can make a good living by engaging in this practice but not knowing that they are causing more harm to themselves.some do engage in it because they see that there leaders are not trust worthy and stable and in this they will decide to do bribery which leads to corruption.
How bribery and corruption is been done in my city
yes,there are so many ways in which this is seen in my city these days and I will list them out for you.
bribery is been done in the court by those who are reach giving good money to the lawyer to gain his side and win the case.
it is been done both in banks and everywhere we go as such that when you come to withdraw money and another rich man comes,they will skip all of you and first attend to the wealthy man.
there are so many other ways by which this bad thing is been done both in our system of government,we the individuals and other.
Why it is wrong for public stake holder to engage in these act
it is wrong in so many ways for those who say they are our leaders to engage in this very act as it has many effects in we the individuals.
when the stake holders fall short to the law and don't get the adequate punishment,it will go a long way to urge the civilians to engage themselves in this very act.
it is really bad for office stake holders to engage in this act because it goes a long way to contribute to the instability of the government and making the constitution not to be supreme.
another Main effect of this is that it urges everyone to do things on the way they want without making good use of the law of the land.
Things that should be done to them
now I will list out some if the things that should be done to them if they fall short to the constitution knowingly.
They should be given warnings if found engaging in this very act and should be under suspension.
After the warnings and they are caught engaging in this act,they should taken to the court for formal justice.
When the leader is guilty,he or she should be taken to jail or told to pay a fin.
They are not worthy of been in the position they are into and as such there title should be taken
from them and given to those who are worthy.
conclusion
bribery is really bad as it goes a long to see to the breakdown of a country or nation and also helping to put down the economy.

Since yesterday you are firing on all cillinders. Jisike. Keep it up. Yes it is corruption that is threatening the world today. It is a global problem but Nigeria's own has no comparison. In one of my reactions I suggested that death sentence be made the punishment for corruption. Yes, my country has laws against it such as the ICPC Act, EFCC Act and the Criminal/Penal Codes but they contain no provisions for death sentence but rather mere fines, light sentences or surrendering of the proceeds of the crime and being set free through plea bargain where the created such window. If you are conversant with the news in recent time you would have heard that almost all the Nigerian Governors who were tried convicted and sentenced to prison terms for corruption offence have all regained their freedom. Because it is already in the news I can mention names like OUK, Joshua Dariye etc. It was even reported that the latter is nursing ambition to return to the Senate and it's people that will vote him not devils. Can you imagine that happening in China or one the Korea Republics. Never. He would have long been dead. The one time Governor of Bayelsa State, Late DSP Alameisegha received full pardon also. In Delta State, an ex-Governor who served his time in London prison was celebrated as a hero upon his return to Nigeria by his constituents whereas in some countries where there is really zero tolerance for corruption he would have been executed. Therefore, corruption has continued because we have done nothing serious to curb it in my country. We don't see it as serious crime. Corruption is as bad as murder. The people must reject it and reject leaders who are corrupt. The law should be enforced vigorously. As it stands today the laws are mere paper tigers. In some countries, it is not just bribery that causes corruption, but also nepotism and cronyism. These practices are often used to gain an unfair advantage or to keep power within the family. People who have been affected by corruption may feel powerless and discouraged from speaking out about it.

Corruption is a serious issue that has been plaguing countries for decades. People are often faced with the decision of whether or not to bribe a police officer to avoid a ticket or if they should risk it and accept the ticket.

Very certain that the rich man there in 🏦 banking hall , when attended to by those cashier at the end something would dropped . And the cashier in question pocket or pulse would get value on it . While you get left off . Cause you wouldn't do such cause of your account balance. Now see bribery get faces while corruption is now our culture.
