Hello everyone it is another new week with a different topics which we are to write, read and learn from. but before then

I'm stressed up

what is stress?

Stress can be defined as a change in the body either by physical, emotional, or psychological. Once Stressed up the body needs immediate attention in order not to cause or take some one's life. And the way you respond to stress will make a difference to your overall well being.

situations or conditions that cause stress?

Stress can be cause by fact of nature inside or outside depending on individual either by emotional or physical well being of that person depending on how it affects you. So is both internal and external. the internal factors is the determination of your body ability to respond, while to the external factors are the physical environment, the neture of job or work you do, your home, your relationship with others, challenges, difficulties and expectations you engaged on a daily basis.

some symptoms of stress are:

Changes in mood, Decreased sex drive, Difficulty sleeping, Digestive problems, Dizziness, Frequent sickness, Headaches, Lack of energy,
Muscle tension, especially in the neck and shoulders, physical aches, pains and Racing heartbeat.

ways to reduce stress are:

As a stress person in order to regain back you need to take some glasses of water, take enough rest by sleeping for some hours and eating fruits like cucumber, fresh tomatos, watermelon, banana, plantains and etc.

the most stressful period of my life and how i you overcome it?

Is about 4 months ago when the government demolished my brother's shop due to the construction of the road that was going on and the landlord of the shop didn't tell my brother that the government have settled him. so that he will find another shop and my brother never new that the building will be among those that will be demolished so on that day it came to us by surprise as the bulldozer came to distroy the building it was like packing everything out at the same time And was so stressful. but I thank God that after everything we were able to carry out every things out but I was so stressed up.

how i you overcome it?

The nest when I woke up in the morning I could not do anything I took some glasses of water, fruits and i slept till noon.

conclusion:

Stress is very bad in life it can kill or makes you feel sick. It can also lead to shortage of blood too so as humans we need to create time to rest for ourselves so that stress will not take our life.

Very sorry Nne for such unexpected stress, but thank God you people did not lose your Properties , take care of yourself.

Stress is so bad because if not arrested quickly it can take someones life, am so sorry about your stress and I appreciate the way you have been handling it, our future is bright
