Environment: the environment of her shop is always nite she is a person that do not like to stay on an uncleaned environment so she makes sure that she sweep and mop it every day before her customers begin to arrived.

Finally: mummy delight is a good person who likes to wish others well she knows how to attend to her customers. Even when I told her about steem she was glad to know and also want be a member.

Having a successful business need to have a good approach on how you relet and reacts to your customers. customers are always right. no matter what how there behaved try and be nice to them.
