introduction:
Hi everyone in the house it's me again your friend how are you doing today! Hope fine cause it gives me joy to know that. Smoking has become a normal thing to some people that they can't stay a day without smoking even some see it as food without knowing or care about the implications it will occur in future just as it is in my picture image the different between a smoker lungs and normal lungs.
How common smoking is in my area:
Smoking has become a common habit in my area for some people both the young and old person they don't sees it as a bad habit some smokes Igbo Indian herbs as source of thier energy, some as a big boy ( but no money for pocket but they are doing big boy for nothing), some even send thier child or wife to buy it for them wish is very bad.
Which group of people mostly smoke:
Smoking doesn't have any group now both young and old, rich and poor, mostly abgoro and cultists people do smoke.
What make people to start smoking:
Maybe by Depression, stress, anxiety, Peer pressure mostly the life style can be contributed to it too.
what are the health implications of smoking.
Smoking can lead to heart disease, cancer, lung damage, stroke, (COPD) chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes, certain eye problems and immune system problem like rheumatoid arthritis.
the reason why I do not smoking are:
More than 50millions of people are living with a disease cause by smoking. Smoking leads to so many complication diseased harmful to all the organs in the body like cancer, heart disease, lung disease and so lots of more.
Women who smoke are more likely to die of COPD than of men that smoke.
A pregnant woman who smoke has a higher cause of pregnancy complications.
conclusion:
As we can see the higher cause of complication and diseases issues caused by smoking. Please for the sack of your life try and avoid it so that you may not leave a life of sorrow thank you.
I can see your fesr @ogechukwu-matter why you do not smoke.
Who will like to suffer all those chronic deseases that you listed. Only someone who is not inform.

Smokers are all liable to
die young, but they will not here it,the only time they will hear it is when they start suffering from one bad sickness.
