Lets talk about some fruits available in my locality this season.

This fruit is commonly assumed to be a vegetable. It is high in nutrient. It is mostly used in weight loss because it is low in calories and contains enough water and soluble fibre.
It is high in vitamins and minerals and contains about 96% water. It contains antioxidants thereby preventing the accumulation of harmful free radicals and may reduce the risk of chronic disease.
Just like water is crucial to the body (like temperature regulation and transportation of waste products and nutrients), cucumber is composed of 96% water which is crucial to promote hydration and meet your daily fluid needs.
It aids weight loss
It lowers blood sugar
It also supports regular bowel movements(digestive regularity).
Note: Taking the peel off reduces the amount of fibre as well as certain minerals and vitamins. Eat a cucumber today.

Watermelon is a sweet and refreshing low calorie summer snack. It includes vitamins minerals and antioxidants. Watermelon has about 90% water which makes it useful for staying hydrated. Watermelon also contains an antioxidant.
It prevents asthma
It reduces blood pressure in and around ankles.
It can help prevent cancer
It prevent constipation and promotes regularity of bowel movements.
It may reduce muscle soreness and improve recovery time following exercise in athletes.

Sweet oranges are grown on orange trees(citrus x sinensis, the botanical name). They belong to a large group of fruit known as citrus fruit.
Oranges are a healthy source of fibre, vitamin C, folate, antioxidant, thiamine, folate and antioxidants, and they have multiple health benefits.
Oranges contain; Calories 47, water 87%, protein 0.9 g, carbohydrate 11.8, sugar 9.45, fiber 2.4 g, fat 0.1 gram.
Simple sugars such as glucose, fructose and sucrose are the dominant form of carbs in oranges.
It helps lower your risk of health diseases
It prevent kidney stones
It's prevent anemia

Banana is one of the world's popular fruits. They contain essential nutrients that can have a protective impact on health.
They are high in potassium and contain good levels of protein and dietary fibre.
It helps manage blood pressure.
Eating a high-fibre diet could reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes and may lower blood sugar in those who already have the disease. Eating a banana helps
Diarrhea can lead to a loss of water and electrolytes such as potassium, bananas can replace these nutrients when lost.
Bananas contain tryptophan, and amino acid that may help preserve memory, boost the persons ability to learn, remember things and regulate mood.
Note; Banana ripens steadily at room temperature, to ripen faster, people can try keeping them in a paper bag.

There are different kinds of pear but I like the African pear. This pear is described as a hypoallergenic fruit which has an indigo color covering over a greenish pulp and a firm seed inside.
African pear contains carbohydrate, fat (no cholesterol), vitamins (C, B1, B6) and minerals (calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, iron and zinc).

An apple is a mess-free fruit that has been known to offer numerous health benefits. Green apples are rich in vitamin C, vitamin A, antioxidant and phytonutrient, which makes them a great fruit.

Improves vision. The micronutrient fight damages and infections in the eye, helps the wound heal faster and protects the lens as well as the outer layer of the eye.
Prevent asthma
It improves bone health(stronger joints)

Cleanses the Liver

I love watermelon. It's very nutritious as works well in aiding bower movement as you stated above due to the fibre contents. It's health benefits cannot be over emphasized, hence its a healthy fruit.
