Introduction

A good afternoon to you all. I believe you all are cool? I am so happy to be here with you all. I am a newbie that just joined two days ago. This happens to be my first diary on steemit and my first in this community. Well yesterday was a bad one for us a work, it was only God who kept us safe. I would appreciate it if you go through my diary to know more.......

My Diary

Oh! It's 6am already, I jumped off the bed, said my morning prayers immediately and then went to the bathroom to fix myself for work. I had my bath, brushed my teeth, and got dressed afterwards. I had something to eat for the morning before we left for work. My colleagues and I were all in same location where we lodged. Immediately after the breakfast, the securities landed with the company's bus to pick us all to the field. It was just a 5mins. drive.

When we arrived everyone of us went to their site. We all were busy with work. After about three to four hours we landed in the field, we heard gun shots but we thought it was just the securities that were just practicing. At a time the shots were becoming stronger and then we had to take cover while our security men exchanged bullets with the unknown gun men. It was our first experience since we started working in the field.

When it seems everywhere was calm, we all left to our location. We rested for a while before our lunch was served. I just can't wait for two weeks to be over so that I go home and rest. It was really a miracle for me and others. God was really with us. We never went back again, we stayed back to watch how things will go.

I rested for as long as possible, I had my bath, ate my dinner then I laid down on my bed waiting for sleep to locate me.
