Food is any substance eaten to provide nutritional help for a living being. Food is usually from plants or animals and contains fundamental nutrients, like carbohydrates, fats, proteins, nutrients, or minerals.

Kids who eat well normally grow well.Women who eat well are probably going to give birth to healthy children. For that reason, it is good to know which combination of food varieties make great meal.

The pictures below shows the meal I took for the week. I couldn’t get all the pictures of the foods but I have a couple of some pictures which is about 5 different varieties of food. Let’s get started

1. Fufu with light soup:Supper at home

Ingredients

•Yam or plantain, cassava, meat , fish, Gallic, ginger, water, fresh tomatoes, tomato paste, pepper, garden eggs and salt.

Why I love fufu

Light soup is my favorite especially when it is very hot with small small fishes inside 😁. And when taken with fufu, is the best food you can think of.

•Cost in steem it cost us about 40steems to prepare this meal.

2.plain rice with egg stew: lunch at home

• Ingredients

•Cindy rice, water, salt, fresh tomatoes, tomato paste, eggs, onions, Macreal and cooking oil.

•why I love it

I love rice and stew. It is my favorite and I take mostly in the afternoon. I usually take tea or oats in the morning as breakfast.

•cost in steem it cost us like 15steems to prepare this meal.

3.Jollof rice with egg:lunch at home

•Cindy rice, water, salt, fresh tomatoes, tomato paste, eggs, onions, Macreal and cooking oil.

•why I love it

I love Jollof rice. Especially when it is hot and have plenty pepper. It makes me strong and healthy.

4.Indomie with sardines:lunch at home

Indomie, water, cooking oil, sardines.

•why I love it

It is easy to prepare and have a great taste. I love eating it especially with eggs in the afternoon because it always takes time before digesting. So I font usually eat it in the evening.

•Basmatic rice, water, salt, fresh tomatoes, tomato paste, eggs, onions, pepper, Macreal and cooking oil.

•why I love it

I took two times this week. I love this food very much because it gives me a great taste especially when plenty pepper is added.

CONCLUSION

Eating healthy food, particularly with loved ones, is one of the joys of life.We all realize that individuals who practice good eating habits, adjusted slims down are probably going to have a lot of energy to work and have a good time,less contaminations and different diseases.
