a post is base on contest, sure, there must be rules guiding the contest. So, before verifying such post, a mod must check if the contestant abides by the rules.
you are right sir, in a contest the must be a rule everybody who is participating in the contest have follow. if failed to do so the stand a chance to loss.
Yes,and those ways to lose is by joining in the act of plagiarism and it will be very bad if one person is ruled out.
