improve your health by reducing or eliminating stress
and i will make sure i explain all about stress firstly, let me start with the definition of stress.
stress
stress is a body reaction or feeling of emotional tension,it can also come from any event though that makes you feel frustrated.
stress can also be positive just like when it helps avoid danger.
Causes of stress in the body
there are a lot of things that causes stress in body and am going to list few of them and explain them.
- hard work
- parenting
- personal relationship
- financial problems
- hard work: a lot of us are involved in doing hard work without taking drugs is not good and some of us think it not going to affect us but that is the biggest mistake you making, please let try to take drugs after hard work to reduce the stress in our system.
parenting : a lot of parents are passing through a lot of stress because there children due to their behavior especially the stubborn ones.
personal relationship : some of us stress some time because of our relationship may be by House work or other things adarsh to the relationship.
financial problems: i believe we all have different problem we want to solve it may be money issue or any other things,so in these case we think a lot on what to do.
Symptoms/signs of stress
there are many types of sign when being stress but i will be able list five (5) of them.
- change of mood
- depressions
- sadness
- muscle tension
- exhaustion
ways of reducing stress
These are some ways of reducing stress ;
- you can reduce stress by relaxing at least
for sometimes. - applying the use of technology to your work will help you to reduce stress.
- change or avoid any situation that can lead you to it.
- treating the symptoms of it will also help you to avoid stress.
the most stressful period of my life
- as a human being you must pass through stress in any were or the other so i want to share my own stressful period.
it was 2018 when i was with my aunty and i was still in secondary school SSS2, my aunt was a trader and she sells food stuffs in the market so i was the only with her and i have to wake up very early in the morning to take things to the market and shade them because going to school when it school over i will trek back to the market and sell with her so i continue doing the same thing over one term.
how i overcome it
as we all know there is known specific treatment for it, so i will travel during holiday
so i can relax and treat the symptoms that is being cause by it.
conclusion
like i said stress dost not have special treatment for it, so we all have reduced by treating the symptoms cause by stress so that we can be healthy.

Thanks for this timely reminder. To me, whenever am stressed, there are 2 things that helps in eliminating my stress. They are reading of the Bible, especially bible stories and meaningful musics
