many people think washing of hands is putting water in a bucket then the will just put there hands and start washing, washing of hands is not just putting you hands inside water and start washing there are proper way you should wash your hands to prevent some of the disease around you.
when ever you want to wash your hands first of all take off your jewelry such as bangle, ring and watch.
Open your tap and wet your hand apply your quality liquid soap or your bar soap then scrub all round your hand make sure you scrub it all part of your hands including your fingers, in-between your fingers also the back of your hands make sure is up to 20 seconds.
Runes your hands with that same running tap until you notice that their is no soap again in your hands.
after that use clean towel to dry your two hands.
Following this steps will be much better and these are the proper way of washing your hands.

most people are fun of washing there hands when ever the wants eat or after using the toilet, that is the only time they remember to wash their hands after that the don't wash their hands again for the day which is bad, some people wash their always but do it in a wrong way but since there is no time table for washing of hands, is good to wash your hands several times in a day.
these are when you should wash your hands before and after doing the following activities.
- Immediately when you are back from work, wash your hands.
- wash your hands before before and after eating, not only garri and soup.
- wash your hands after blowing your nose.
- wash your hands after using the toilet.
- wash your hands before cooking.
- Mother should wash their hands after taking off the diaper of their babies.
- when you are back from market.
washing your hands before or after the following activities will help you to escape some of the disease in your area.
Why is running water and liquid soap the best?
washing your hands in a running water with liquid soap much better but many people may choose used to bar soap which is not bad but in some cases liquid soap is more preferable because it forms lather easily and will help to remove batteries and gems from your hands.
but I does not matter if it bar soap or liquid soap what matters is that the are used for washing of hands.
running water is the recommended water used for washing of hands. There are people who are like pouring water inside the bowl to wash their hands which is wrong.
washing your hands inside the bowl will not take away the dirty and gems in your hands. But running do carries away all the dirty and gems in your hands and also make your hands clean.
so you see it important to use running water. stop pouring water inside bowl to wash your hands.

if there is no running tap, that is not a problem is not must that you used running tap. However, one will not always be close to a running tap so you can actually look for Friends or family members to pour water on your hand so you Wash them and wash it clean, you pour water inside a bowl so the person can pour it on your hand.
it doesn't matter if it from the tap, bowl, container or bottle, just make sure you use running water to wash your hands.
what are some disease that can be prevent by washing of hands regularly
do you know that you hands is used to handle everything which means you can contact gems that can be transmitted to our body, which causes illness. the way we handle animal, and other harmful object that can have gems on them also the exposed ourself to human can also make us contact gems when we use our hands to touch them. Some disease and illness can be prevented if we simply wash our hands.

- Coronavirus
- Common cold
- Skin reaction
- Eye infection
- Diarrhea
the above are some of the disease you can contact if your hands are being washed regularly.
Do people in your area wash hands regularly
The answer is no. that is just the truth, people in my city Port Harcourt don't wash their hands regularly. most of them only wash their hands when ever they want eat or after using the toilet.
the are not even use to washing hands with soap. Having that same mentality that there hands and not that dirty, not knowing that people get sick or died as a result of transmitted disease from the hand.
the all have this mentality that dirty like that don't kill Africans.
What can be done to create more awareness for hand-washing
Hospital and health center own by the government and the private hospitals to provide a running tap and liquid soap round the environment so that people can wash their hands when coming and going out.
all compound should provide running tap in front of the compound for people to wash their hands before coming in and when going out.
companies, business own by the government or private should make sure they provide a running tap and liquid soap round there company for workers to wash their regularly.
Government should provide sectors to run some paid ads for washing of hands it may help.

washing of hands is very important. so washing it your hands regularly will help you prevent a lot gems and disease around you.

This is very good and affordable too. We are in world of me first so waiting for government to do everything for us may not be possible sometimes.
