My Diary Game/08-05-2021/ by @mirango- how I spent my day

Hi guys i am @mirango.I want to share with you comprehensively how my saturday morning was spent.Every saturday morning i engage in different exercises to keep my fir and healthy.It is a once in a week routine that i don't miss.Below are the activities i engaged in today;

(1) Gyming:
I have two dumbbells at home.Each is 6kg.That makes a total of 12kg.I started my exercise routine by working on my armmusclewith the dumbbells for about 30minutes.

(2) Walking:
I walked from my house to the stadium(Asaba township stadium).The stadium is about 15mins walking distance from my resisdence.This is to warm up and get my whole body ready for the vigorous exercise ahead.

(3) Jogging:
When i got to the stadium,the first activity is to jog round the pitch 5 times.This is really good for the heart and the rest parts of the body.

(4)Push ups:
Next i did a hundred push ups to build my muscles.

(5)Sit ups:

Next i did about 20 sit ups to work on my abdominal region.I am still trying to burn excess belly fat and return to my six pack figure.

(6) Squatting:
I did about 50 squats to build my legs muscles.

After these activities i took a bottle of cold water,relaxed for about 10 minutes,then walked back home.
You should try these at least once a week if you have a very busy schedule.It will help to keep you healthy and keep excess fat and sugar in check.
