Me and Micrimi the dog.
Good and a pleasant day to all Steemians. Hoping we all had a wonderful day, welcome to my blog. This is all about my yesterday's activities been the 21st of February, 2022.
Morning Functions
We had a good night rest the night leading to yesterday. The reason was because my wife will not be waking up early since they were having their mid term break. I was also happy about it because normally she wakes up early and because of her in house activities, my sleep is always interrupted. But throughout this week, we all will be sleeping very smoothly and soundly. And the company too.
A special recipe caught her attention on social media. She said it was "Gizi Dodo" a combination made up of Gizzard and ripe plantain. Hurriedly, she went to buy them. Getting back she asked me to help her pill and chop the plantain in little cubes. At once I started gbam! Who am I to disobey the Queen. I no get sense!

My friends you need to taste this Gizi dodo of a thing. Please permit me to describe the taste this way. It was very delicious, "ellicious ", "fellicious", "zellicious" and "ulalacious". 😋
Afternoon/Evening Functions
Soon it was afternoon. The heat this days is too much. And the worst part is that NEPA has sworn not to give light during this periods. What can we do to remedy our own form of " great tribulation". There's fuel scarcity, high cost of goods and foodstuff. My friends it not easy any more.
Mosquitoes is another topic on its own. I don't know if I am the only one observing this. No matter the type of fleet used on mosquitoes, by 3am, you still hear at least one of them flying around. So I came outside so that my wife I'll fleet the house. As I was sitting by my chair, our neighbors dog came out from her house. The dogs name is Mimi but I use to call it Micrimi. When it saw me, it came to greet me, as you can see in the opening picture.
Its a very beautiful dog. When ever its given the opportunity to come down, it will be very happy and it will be going around greeting some of our neighbors that it knows.

Conclusion
Soon it was night again. We retired for the day. At least I had a delicious meal and a great company of my friend Micrimi the dog.

Mosquitoes of these days are something else, very stubborn, they are resistant to many insecticides and I'm yet to understand how they enter the mosquito net, though the net is closed very well.
