STEEMALIVE FOOD4THOUGHT PROGRAM IS STILL EFFECTIVE. PLEASE CHECK OUT
Its another brand new day! Still on steemalive food4thought program, many new users do visit on regular basis. Not only that, our newbies too do knock on our office door daily just because, they heard via radio about steemit and its goodness which is incomparable.
But, that's not all, our old members, who have been inactive do visit so as to get the latest information on the happenings inside the platform. To make the work easier for me, I directed and encouraged them to visit @steemitblog regularly to get and know the latests. With that, I was able to help newbies and new users.
In today's package, am going to tell you guys about 3 different people I helped or assisted in their steemit journey. They belong to the 3 categories I mentioned above:
(1) Newbie
(2) New user
(3) Inactive
So, let's start from the newbie
There are many newbies. Why do I refer to them as newbies? Its because, they are like newborn babies in this steemit platform. They don't even know how to post, how to align their post and many more. Honestly, just like a newborn baby, they solely depend on us(old active members) to teach them right and wrong.
am with @queenvey
Since I volunteered myself to help them, the first person I helped is @queen. Now, let me tell you a funny story about her visit today. When she entered, I asked her, please what can I do for you? She said, "nothing", I want to see Oga that is @focusnow. Finally, she went in, surprisingly, he redirected her to me. With that, she smiled and I welcomed her. @focusnow told me that she is just a newbie. He just registered her the last day. Meaning that she is our steem baby. She needs someone to mentor her. So, I quited all I was doing, taught her how to make post, how to apply markdowns, how to add picture and how to set percentage. Not only that, i ordered her to write her introduction post immediately. To lighten what seems like a burden to her, I gave her necessary topics to write things about herself. I also encouraged her to post regularly so as to be among the beneficiaries of food4thought program. While doing this work, one of our members, that have been passing through some challenges because she lost her phone arrived. Her name is @ijebest
The arrival of @ijebest
She wants me to help her in certain areas. So, I handled both same time. It wasn't funny. But, having taught @queenvey the basic things to right, she started writing her introductory post. Then, I concentrated on @ijebest needs. But, while solving her needs, there came a new user.
I referred to her as a new user because, @focusnow registered her weeks ago, she wrote her introduction post but must need help because, at this stage, she is like a toddler crawling that needs someone to guide and direct her on how to pull up. So, i mentored her on some deep markdowns and other things. Her name is @luchyl.
Some of them found it so difficult especially, on the area of justifying alignments. But I made it clear to them that markdowns are among the basic things they should know. Teaching newbies and new users requires patient. And @focusnow and I are doing the needful. Its a thing of joy. My happiness is this, at the end, all of them was so happy and @queenvey wrote her achievement1. This is her link
Food4thought has come to stay, it i a project that has it takes to reach so many people
@marajah i love y spirit in assisting newbies
@marajah, I'm surprised about this your passive aggressive attitude towards me.
Try to be a more positive person, just be kind to everyone.

Dear @marajah, you and our oga are doing great job there. Mentoring and guilding people are a tedious job but I know you are equal to the task. Well done ok.

@marajah you are doing good with @focusnow over there in Aba. To mentor newbies is not an easy task. It really requires patience. Keep it up. Am happy that @luchyl was trained by you. Please continue to help her to know how to analyze her work. I welcome the newbies in the house. Such a nice work from you
