Its another great and lovely day my dear friends. So today, am here once again to talk about more 3 products and their brands. Please follow me along.
Heineken

- Alcohol volume:5%
- **Heineken is the no 1 international premium beer, brewed and bottled under the supervision of Heineken Brouwerijen Amsterdam, Holland by nigerian breweries plc
- Side effects: Its not recommended to children under the age of 18. When taken excessively, can cause dizziness.
- Personal experience: the first day i took it, i felt too dizzy because i took about 3 bottles. But thank God that i didn't slept on my way home.
"33" beer

- Side effects when taken excessively, can weaken the body and system. Children under the age of 18 is highly prohibited from taking it.
- personal experience am a fan of beer and i really love 33 export beer. I love taken it when chilled. And since am above 18, i didn't notice any side effect.
colgate toothpaste

- USAGE: Brush thoroughly with a colgate toothbrush after each meal
- my personal experience: i always do experience toothache whenever i use other toothpastes. But, since i started using colgate herbal toothpaste, everything just stopped. I really love colgate .

- Usage: put small quantity into your brush and brush wisely. And children of 6 years and younger should use a pea-sized amount and should be supervised by an adult to minimize excess swallowing.
- The effect and my personal experience: when used, it affected my teeth and as a result, i changed it and started using colgate herbal toothpaste . But one thing is that, back then, after brushing, i must experience its fresh breath.
Tummy-tummy noodles

- Usage: add indomie to half cup of boiling water, cook for 3 minutes, add its seasoning to taste and cook till tender or until the eater is almost dried.
- Personal experience: its true that am not a fan of indomie, but few days ago, i went to my sisters house and she cooked this tummy tummy noodles and i enjoyed it. The taste is superb.

- Usage:add the noodles to 1½ glass of boiling water. Cook for 3 minutes , stir occasionally, add its seasoning to taste and continue cooking till tender according to choice
- Personal experience: the taste is superb and it contains protein which is essential for healthy growth and vitamin A for good eye sight and even vit B for better mental performance and lastly, zinc for strong bones and teeth.

As funny as it sound thats a very good advice. They need to be supervised if not your closeup will turn to sweat.
Golden penny noodles is another noodles I can go for if I don’t see any of the brands I usually consume. They are also good

My eyes shown seeing this😆. I used to think beer is only for guys. I've not tasted beer before. I'd rather settle for red wine.
