Road show on the 10th of December 2021 by @manuelhooks |#club5050 compliant [10% to Steemalive]

On Friday, the 10^th of December 2021, Team Innovation was ready for a Roadshow. The proposed location was Ikpa Road one of the teams favourite spots, the other being Epic plaza. Epic Plaza was visited the the previous week which was a special weekend roadshow. I had a lot to learn from the experience of senior steemians who have accumulated skills and have experimented with a varity of mathods. I am grateful to @ngoenyi and @benton3 for their encouraging visit to team Innovation.

Activities

We called back on the signups we made two weeks ago. A majority had not posted anything after the achievement post they made.
I personally did not expect too much from new recruits. I think by they are still in need of assistance. They are new to the platform and still have the snap and post mentality that comes with Facebook. And are still not conversant with the concept of content etiquette or plagiarized work.
The main activity was assisting the newcomers to take up the next achievement task, the benefits of following through this tasks and what is expected of them.

@veragu

Veragu was expected to work on security in steemit, how to protect her keys and the value of each key. Wish she had this a little earlier, she would have better protected her account. She was shown how and what is needed for a successful achievement 2. Expecting to see results.

@bobwalter

Bobwalter is also doing fine, he also needs to do achievement two he promised to do that as soon as possible.

@chrisubuo

Chrisubuo started work on his achievement post and I was hoping to place a link to his post on this write-up.

Other prospects

Prospecting at the Effective Medical lab at Ikpa Road. Still developing the interest shown. She asked us to come back a few weeks when she expects to buy an Android phone.

Observation

New recruits need to be shown how to make quality posts, they should be shown how to format their work using markdown

Conclusion

The roadshow this week was a success, we all worked hard to develop the people we enrolled. We still have much work to do at Ikpa Road.
