Promoting Steemit Through Road Show Activities
On Friday the 21st day of January 2012, Team Innovation organized another epoch making Road Show with outstanding results. Here is the Highlight of some key events that occurred during the curse of the road show.
Participant
The team through whatsapp chats had selected Mindset ICT Academy 15 Ikpa Road Uyo as the meeting point. This location will allow for some pep talks and encouragement before going out. And this was exactly what happened when we all converged at the meet up point.
The following Steemians had made themselves available for the Road Show:
Though the number was not impressive, the available Steemians were competent enough to handle the task.
Branded T-shirt
For the first time, Team Innovation will be going out for a road show with its participants dressed in branded T-shirts.
The Team Innovation branded T-shirt are now available and was sampled in a group photograph by the team.
The team looked great in their uniform and it also attracted the attention of the public as they curiously wanting to know what product or service was being advertised. This opened the way for discussions and signups attempts.
Signups for the week
I had one successful registration this week during the Mindset Business and Entrepreneurial Academy pre-launch.
The team had three interested in signing up but could not due to some issues with the Steemit sign in page which flagged the "insufficient places" error massage and deactivated the sign in for free button on the page.
The following were the failed registrations:

Modalities have been put in motion to have them registered by Monday or at the earliest possible date. Their phone numbers and contact address were collected to aid in the follow up process.
Conclusion
The Road Show organized by Team Innovation on the 21st
by Team Innovation was successful and we all had fun.
The people got to hear of Steemit, some were ready to join the platform while others had some issues holding them back.
