Preambles

It's Saturday February 12, 2022. I have an appointment at the office and I also have to set the space for a seminar on the health benefits of Alkaline water, organized by Academy 4 Wealth the distributor of Lasena Alkaline Water . One of the persons in attendance is a new Steemian and needs assistance login into her steemit account.

I have an account but can't login

While promoting Steemit to those who came for the seminar, one of them admits that she has an account with steemit but she thinks the account may be faulty because she has not been able to login using her keys.
I asked if she was given all her keys. She brought out the keys and attempted to describe who got her registered. Though it took quite a while to figure out which Steemian registered her, but we finally arrived at a name, she was registered by our @ijelady, but due to her being in a hurry, she did not have time to login nor create achievement one.

Taking the path of least resistance

Now that she has found another Steemian, she decided she wouldn't have to go to Oron Road any more. She would get the help from the closest Steemian. Excusing herself while the seminar was ongoing she needs help getting into her account. After browsing through the content of her Gmail for a while, we finally found the keys in a WhatsApp chat.

Selecting Relevant Communities

After a successful login we had to select some communities based on her area of interest. I added steem traveler, Steem Alive and Steem kids to the list she selected. I had to explain the type of post to be posted in each of the Communities I added for her

Achievement 1 Post

@emiilov indicated interest in writing her achievement 1 Post but was having a very low battery. Various ideas to solve the problem were attempted to no avail. Finally we had to use a USB cable to charge her phone on a laptop. When the phone's power status was better, something else came up that made achievement one impossible today.

The seminar is Over

The seminar being over means that her ride will soon move, and she can't miss the ride. She is happy that she got into her steemit account even though her schedule has resulted in missing the opportunity to be assisted through achievement one again, she was able to select communities and learn a number of things. She promised she will come back so as to get more training and assistance where necessary.

Conclusion

Our work overlaps at some point and the effort we put crosses paths with that of others. I have seen myself applying finishing touches to the work of other great Steemian.
