The plan

Friday, November 26 2021. Was set aside by Team Innovation to advance it's sensitization campaign at Epic Plaza which will include, locating new prospects, and revisiting and mentoring those we meet on a previous call. The plan was to meet at number 15 Ikpa Road for instructions and guidelines.

Change of Plans

Upon Arrival at 15 Ikpa Road, @nyaknoumoh was waiting at the venue and a few minutes later it was confirmed that some of the members will not be available. @gentelsun was unreachable and the Team leader's baby was down with a fever which meant she will have to disengage herself earlier, promoting a quick change of plans to make sure the road show was accomplished.

The New Plan

The meeting point was converted into the Location for the road show, like Epic Plaza it houses a number of businesses though not as populated as Epic Plaza. The location has churches, cyber cafe, online registration points, a stationary, Studios for music, video editing and a medical laboratory among others.

Registration

The team effort resulted in a number of successful registrations. Mr Chris was registered and helped with his introduction post.
Pleasantplace was also registered at her stationary

Before leaving the group the team leader, @udyliciouz instructed the group on how to set aside beneficiary. The benefits being a contributed effort to build a community account which will end up benefiting all its members in the long-run.
Also outline the value of joining #club5050, as a means of saving and investment which gives a Steemian more voting power. Saving under the #club5050 initiative will make grow to a point where we can vote good values into each other's Account.

@jobblessing who came for her Alkaline water business also joined the Team Innovation training session and was shown how to follow a curation trail.

Now I think we have unfinished work at both Epic Plaza and at 15 Ikpa Road. There are more places to visit and more people to prospect. Based on my opinion, the team was able to cover 20% of the facility.
There is more work cut out for Team Innovation at Epic Plaza and at 15 Ikpa Road.

Conclusion

Inspite of the circumstances that presented itself at the start of the roadshow, team innovation was successful in hosting a trading and a fruitful road show.
