My monday was a kind of busy ,but later in the day i broke down . because of stress incured through the errands i ran in the school as a head teacher i was totally having a generally body pain.

I supposed not to be in the class teaching but because we were lacking teachers in some of the classes ,i began to work as a classroom teacher and a head teacher too. U can see the stress abi?

On monday i reported to school late as at 7:57.reaching the school gate my proprietor started shouting at me for coming to school late but i didnt frame,i quickly started doing my job as a teacher on duty: sweeping the compound,washing the toilet,and checking the teacher's lesson note.

By the time we closed from school i began to feel dizzy,pain in the joint and a slight headeach.after lunch,i took a cool bath ,and layed my head on my bed .i slept and woke up around 4:am the next day .
