Like I wrote earlier, O.T Multiventures Ltd is located t 83/84 Azikiwe Road, a very strategic site at the commercial center of Aba, a stone throw to Azikiwe / Asa Junction and opposite UBA Plc. This makes it easy and convenient for their customers to have access to transport and bank. This is same with the other branches at Faulks Road and Owerri.
Customer Care Service: Excellent
I've know this company for over four years now and I can say that their customer care service and mode of operation are top notch. The customers are treated as kings and queens. Each customer that comes to either make enquires or make purchases is assigned a particular sales person who attends and follows up on the customer till he or she leaves satisfied. The manager is always on ground to attend to and resolve any issues that may arise in the business environment.
Most times, the director will be seen attending to customers himself and making sure that their requests and orders are met with.
Waybill orders within and from other states are promptly attended to thereby leading to more patronage and referrals. They have vehicles on ground that take care of this.
Pricing: Moderate and Very Affordable
Looking at the top quality of their products, one wouldn't help but wonder how costly they would be, but alas, it's not so. Their pricing is very moderate and most times discounted whether wholesale or retail such that they have customers coming from other states to make purchases.
Environment: Very Safe and Well Organized.
- The environment of this company is safe and convenient for businesses activities. Security personnels are stationed there always, even at the other buildings close to them. There's a police check point at Azikiwe/ Asa Junction too, so customers are safe to do business there.
- Also, their products are well organized, each type and brand of products have its own separate section for easy accessibility. Industrial machine section has a separate store and workers there, likewise the domestic machine section, repairs/maintenance section and delivery. Even at the warehouse, such is obtainable.
I was able to visit all these sections to see for myself. - Well ventilated such that customers are always comfortable there.
- Finally, there's constant power supply available for testing the machines and machine parts and for other purposes
