Our health should be our priority it only takes one with a good health to be free from sickness good health is the key for success and today i will be telling us some herbs that we neglect either because of bitterness or we just dislike them but are very important to our body that when taken makes us stay healthy. And also their benefits to the body system.

I will classifying them into two:the antibiotics herbs that fight against diseases and the nutritional herbs that helps in the norishment of the body.

Antibiotics herbs

1• Cinnamon: the igbo name is pawuda this herbs is found in different recipes and baked foods.

• It helps to lower the risk of diseases and it also reduce blood pressure and heart diseases.

• The main benefit of cinnamon is that it helps to reduce blood sugar levels.

2• Garlic is a spice use in cooking,it is also eaten while some prefer it blended and how it prepared just know is good for the body.
