The steemit Road show under the umbrella of @steemalive has been a great medium to create awearness about the platform and it also gives the promoter an opportunity to know and experience the platform first hand.

I Told a friend that steem it like a school where we learn and in other to show we have understood to an extent we have to teach others. You don't really know a thing untill you begin to practice.

Owerri as a city is not left out. We embarked on our day 4 road show Awareness on steemit.

Before going to the venue of the road show which is Imo State University, i stoped by my hair stylist to tell her about steemit. Like they say charity begins at home. We need to preach the good news about steemit from our Jerusalem

In Attendance was @ceendy20, @basky14 , @jovita30 and @queenslay.

The road show was meant to start by 10am but because of some delays we started few mins after 11.

The Road Show proper

I started by talking to who got so interested in joining but had lost her phone few days ago to thieves. She also said she had hard about it from a friend who saw the advert on social media and since then she has been looking for who would help her understand better. After explaining to her we exchanged contact. Most likely she would be signing up next week when she gets her new phone.

From there i moved to a group of guys who sat at the school love garden waiting for there GST Exams. After talking to them one of them by name Innocent asked me to register him but the network was bad with his phone, I had to just collect his contact to registerhim later at night when am done with my days activities.

In total I spoke to 10 persons and registered 1 but collected the contacts of 5 to register later today.

Refreshment

We did not really eat much but at least we eat fried meat, this was a way of calming down the stress and tension of the day.
Believe me this meat teast twice as nice and is worth every penny.

The road show was a huge success and am happy am a part of the promoters in the city of owerri.
