Thursdays are very special days in my family arrengement, because it is a day I engage in my avengelizing work. So, I started my day with this activity in mind.

I woke up on time, around 5:45 am, prayed, considered daily scriptural text, and meet with other members of the family to get things ready for the work I mentioned above.

I took my breakfast, my herbal tea made from two herbal leaves namely, Utazi leaf ( Gongronema or Bush bulk ) and Basil leaf ( nchuanwu, in IGBO ) mixed with ginger and tumeric.

This is the picture of the two herbs and the pounding of the leaves in a morter.

The work of reaching people with the avengelizing work started at about 11: am. The work went well. In the afternoon, I had my afternoon meal of unripe pawpaw salad and potatoes with red oil.

And in the evening, I eat rice and stew with chicken and later, spent sometime in writing my report for the day, did some research on my next reports. Finally, I retired to my bed.
