MY MONDAY MORNING ACTIVITIES
My Monday morning activities started as I woke up very early, as early as 4:30 am, to ease myself. After visiting the toilet to ease myself I tried to read but after some minutes of reading my daily text I started to feel dizzy and went back to bed to see if I can fall asleep but I was unable. However, I remained laying on the bed because I was not feeling well. Finally I mustard up effort and got up because I have some pressing activities that should be taking care of.
THE BREAKFAST TIME AND THE MENU:
Fried Plantain
Tea Kettle With Lemongrass.
Fresh Moringa Leaves
The above were the items for my breakfast this morning.
THE AFTERNOON PERIOD
After my breakfast, I walked around my surrounding for exercise porpose and I later rested before my afternoon meal. It was yam and unripe plantain with red oil that I ate for the lunch. And later took fruit, pawpaw fruit.
This is my afternoon meal.
When I was having my lunch, a friend by name, Mr. Samuel Uzoed, brought some Bible journals to me. He could not join in the meal because the meal remaining was just a little when my friend visited. After my friend left, I had a nap in order to refresh myself. Consequently to this, I started to read one of those Bible journals he brought to me. Incidentally, almost every family members were at home today because of the sit at home being observed throughout the entire South Eastern States of Nigeria despite the fact that the sit - at -home was technically cancelled.
My friend, Mr. Samuel Uzoedo brought this Bible study journals for my use.

THE EVENING PERIOD
I have a little or no activity this Monday evening. However, I continued reading my Bible journals that I started in the afternoon. Additionally, I started the compilation of my diary for today.
MY EVENING MEAL:
Jellof rice with chicken and Moringa mixed with lemongrass and honey.
This is my dinner this Monday.
After the dinner I commenced typing my diary and proofreading it. Finally, I took my bath and retire for the day.
