I commend Poloniex for this institution investors account initiative. It is quite important to recognize this set of people who trade on behalf of others and give them something special. If this institution investors can find profitability, they'll extend it to individual investors who will even prefer someone capable and trustworthy to handle their investments. It will in a way reduce the burden on customer support as more investors will be reliant on these institution investors who will be reliant on Poloniex dedicated customer support.
That is totally on point, institutional investors will always be pressured to so better, if possible make a profit out of all trades, they don't care about how the profits are made they just wish to see positive figures at the end of the day. But I guess the institutional account manager will have to be good at his job to deliver.
