Today I ate mostly carbohydrates related foods and as usual it is only breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was jollof spaghetti mixed with macaroni and the dinner was palm oil rice.

The first meal of the day is jollof spaghetti and macaroni combined together. This is a meal that is prepared in the same manner as jollof rice, the only difference is that you y using spaghetti and macaroni.

This meal is a preparation of spaghetti along with macaroni. Both of them are prepared together so as to the combination of the two food.

To prepare this meal, you get you spaghetti (preferably a whole pack) and macaroni. You boil water for a minute, then you put both the spaghetti and macaroni in the boiling water.

You wait for the spaghetti and macaroni to start dissolving in the hot water. Then like 2 mins later you put the necessary ingredients which includes onions, cubes, salt, pepper, tomato paste, and necessary ingredients to enhance the taste.

You allow it to boil for another 3-5 mins after wards you can put of the fire and allow the food to cool a little. At this point food is prepared.

The second meal of the day was palm oil rice. This is a type of rice similar to jollof rice. The only difference is a change in one of the ingredients in preparation.

The meal is first prepared by getting the required amount of rice needed for the meal. Then washing it to remove dirt and leeches found in the rice. Then you begin to boil water.

After washing the rice you put it into the boiling water, then you sprinkle a little bit of salt, then you leave it for some time to boil.

Later on you start to add other things to the rice. But before that, you fry palm oil then you pour it into the rice and add cubes, onions, pepper, and seasoning.

Then you leave it to boil for another 11-15 mins. At this point all the ingredients you put and the rice would have gelled and the rice would have become soft in the process.

There you have it, your palm oil rice is ready to be devoured

@janeo42, so, one can cook macaroni and spaghetti together? Wow, this is my first time of seeing such.

But, from your title, this is a contest right? If yes, please, try to follow all the rules of the contest. Anyway, permit me to ask, why do you like the foods you ate, do they have any nutritional value, how much did it cost you?

This your food is superb. We also do try to mix things together like this. I have prepared Spaghetti, beans and indomie together before. 😀 You can imagine how the combination would look like...

Mtn rice is always sweet and easy to cook. I love eatin it as well but with vegetables.

Hmm this one that you brought out the real name–mtn rice.

Yes it is even better when prepared with vegetables leafs and with other things too.
