Introduction

Good day steemians
Today is a lovely day which happens to be Saturday the day of rest, people don't usually understand the importance of rest and that means they don't understand the importance of Saturday, Saturday is a day of rest and a day of rest is a day of gain, you will understand rest as you read on.

Body of content

Rest is an important factor in whatever you choose to do in life, it is the point of recovery (gain) of energy and fresh soil, let's venture more by knowing the meaning of rest.

Rest is simply a relief from work or activities been carried out an individual, it's been carried out by sleeping.

I know someone people will also add sitting and relaxing, but I have come to change that idealogue, you will all agree with me that if your relaxed your brain is still function it's work by thinking and when your relaxed great business idea comes I know alot of you agree with that, but should also know that's still working, sleep is the only true form of rest, don't think I dispose the factor that when you relax you get energy, but you don't get a fresh soil to think more, you just get energy and a relaxed mind which helps to, that's why when you relaxing you see things you didn't see before but you have been around but sleep does more than this, sleep can also perform such, but it has extra advantages like;

  1. It doesn't lose strength easily than that of a relaxed individual
  2. It offers a fresh soil for thinking, you do know when you sleep, your mind is blank and this helps to produce fresh soil.
    Rest also have a disadvantage which people are aware of but don't take it seriously, if you shocked about this then I think you need to read more,

The disadvantage of Rest is,

Laziness

Laziness is an addiction to rest(sleep) and this is when rest becomes a big problem to man because your time management is been fumbled, you don't meet your required schedule, and you don't even understand how, and that's what am going to share with you

How laziness starts, the mind approach

Your know the human mind is good at learning and create more from what is learnt by specializing, and specializing in a bad form is addiction, addiction is stage where you can't get back to your old form, and when individual practice rest more than the way it's meant to be the mind slowly establish it as a defined character and when you try to get out you find out it's an addiction which makes hard to tackle.

How to deal with this addiction

  1. By avoiding procastination
    Procastination is the base force of laziness, you view the task either too easy or hard and you decide to push it on to another time which might be days or month, to curb laziness you have to every good activity you planned to do at when you planned to do it without wasting time, the moment you do this you have beating laziness 1-0 and before you know you would be out of it .

Thank you for this post. The importance of rest cannot be overemphasized, and everyone must ensure they give the body rest when it requires it, failure to do so leads to total breakdown.

Rest is a way of calming our body.Sleep is a deeper form of rest.I believe sleeping is the most beneficial form of rest.No doubt, too much rest could lead to laziness.
