Introduction

Hello good evening my fellow steemians how are you guys doing today. Am back again to continue my monthly contest in this my wonderful community which is steemalive i hope you guys will be happy to read my post because am going to tell you people how my community shars something in a family.

How is the family property shared in your home town?

Wow nice question in my hometown we have rules guiding the properties how they will be shared according to the age and gender of the children each family has but before I continue i will like to tell you people how we shared family properties. In my hometown when we want to share properties we shared it according to the gender and the age of the children the first born male child will inherit the father's house and much properties is being given to him while other children will inherit some portions of land and houses if their father has another house outside the main one they are leaving. The girls will inherit some properties that is tangible, properties like cars companies if the man has such properties. Things are being shared according to the wealth of their father but the fact is that the girls will not be left behind they must received something from their father's wealth.

<What challenges have you seen when parents (especially the father )is no longer there

There has been a lot of challenges in a family expecially when the father of a family is no longer alive the children will be facing problems in their father's wealth this problems is basically caused when the father of the house did not write his will when he was alive some of the problems the family faces is conflict, queering, fighting, selling of properties anyhow they like. This is caused when the father did not share his wealth be he is late this will cause his children to seal his properties anyhow because they will be saying that the property belongs to no body.

What steps should parents take when they are still alive to prevent fight when they are gone?

Wow nice question there are some steps parents need to take before they will be late so that there family will not be in crisis when they dies some of the steps are:

• Parents should make sure they write their wills before they will die this is very important in any of a family to prevent misunderstanding when ever they no where to be found.

• The parents should make that they make peace in their family so that there will be equal and maximum respect in a family.even though when ever the parents dies the peace will continue to rain in their family.

*Parents should make sure they love their children equally this will help to keep unity in the family even though when ever they are no where to be found.

Parents should teach thier children what that is written in the scripture this will help the children to be God fearing.

Do people in your hometown respect father's will

Yes people in my hometown respect father's will if he shared it according how the custom demands but if he didn't shared it like that they will reshare it when ever he dies

Give us any personal experience regarding sharing of family inheritance

Is good to share father's wealth when ever he is alive it will help to promote unity in the family.i experienced that if the father did not share his wealth when ever he is alive it will cause conflict in the family.

Conclusion

My friends am happy to be in this community with you people to share with you guys my culture.it is good to know people's way of life. In everything I advised the parents to make sure that they write their wills according to the way custom demands when they are alive so that the love in family will still continue even though they are no more.
