The US government being the largest Economy on earth have recently approved the sum of 900 billion dollars, as additional relieve package to her citizens.. This brings the total intervention fund to 2.3trillion dollars.
Each household of 4, will receive a total of over $2300, those who are eligible for Jobless claims will receive over 300usd weekly.
This sum of money have been divided into various categories like rent intervention fund, jobless claims etc.. And the beneficiaries must fall under certain criteria like income bracket.
The Cons....
In as much as I laud this intervention, and wish my country did something similar.
I hate to admit that the resultant effect is inflation in the economy.
Inflation has been one of the selling point of Bitcoin and gold, and looking at it financially one will agree with me that Fiat was never made to be held!
