Introduction
Today i decided to do some manual work and one of it to sew jompa & pyjamas fo my grandson, he is 3 years old and like to see everything that am doing how I am doing it, so I told him that I want to make clothes for him, he was happy as I ask him to come let me Measure him.
As he came i measured his length, shoulder, sleeve and width, then I took the material to the table with my tape and scissors, trust what tailor can do to material now, I cut it to his size.
His width is 24, for me to cut it now, i divided 24 inches into2 that is 12inches then add it 3 inches that is 15 inches now, i will not forget to tell you that I fold the material into 2 that is why am dividing it in to 2, the purpose of adding the 3 inches is to use it to close the side, I also cut the hand, it is short sleeve, 10 inches is the length and I added 2 inches for the closing too.
I have finished cutting the material, it is now time to sew the clothe, first, I line the neck and the hand, i joined the hand to the shoulder, the small boy was busy watching how the material will turn to his clothes, my lastborn look at me and said you are sewing clothes with hand, make sure you sew it well mummy, I assured him that I will sew it well.
The shape of the clothe is coming out and my little boy is waiting for me to finish the work and he will wear his clothes, this clothe that I am making for him is known as Jompa, it is a free top unlike senator that will give you shape, jompa will have 2 pocket by the side and one on the left side of the chest, it has 2 botten and it is always short sleeve but this one I will not put 2 pocket by the side because is a small boy, he don't really need the pocket.

My baby clothe is ready but the challenge now is that before I finish sewing this clothe, he is already sleeping, as a result he couldn't wear it for me to include it in this post but I know he will be happy when he wakes up and see that his clothe is ready and beautiful.
Things i used in making this fine Jompa for my grandson
- Hi target wax 1 yard =4steem
- Tread, black color=1steem
- My time=2 hours
Total= 5 steem+2 hours
In Conclusion i will make the one that will be more beautiful than this one very soon for him, i will invite you all to come and read
