Healthyliving is a lifestyle that is 100% acceptable to everyone who cares about good health. That is why am sharing with you 8 Healthy food you must eat every week to remain healthy.

Here we have watermelon, banana, pineapple, Rice with stew

  • Watermelon is one of the fruits that you need to eat every day because it is enriched with nutrients, it helps in degeneration of the muscle, it helps the heart to function very well, it is good for the skin and it is anti-aging fruits.

  • BananaIt is very good to consume banana especially morning hours, banana can sustain you for a very long time if you eat it in the morning, It is very good for digestive system and improves the cardiovascular system, It helps in weight management etc.

  • PineappleAnother powerful fruits that is very good for arthritis, it beautifies the skin, it is antioxidants , it is immune booster, anti cancer, it helps digestive system and help one to recover quickly after surgery.

  • RiceRice is whole grain that gives you energy, it restores glycogen levels after exercise, it digest easily and protect you from chronic deseases.

  • White meat (chicken) You noticed that the rice has stew on it, I used chicken, fresh tomatoes, onions, fresh pepper, to prepare the stew, you know chicken reduces cancer, it contains little cholesterol, it is natural anti-Depression etc.

In this plate we have cucumber and garden eggs

  • CucumberAnother fruits that is full of water up to 75%, very easy to eat anywhere anytime, you can add it to your food, it helps in digestion and it can aid in weight management.

  • Garden eggsBecause it is rich in fiber, it is good for constipation, helps the bowel movement, it is very good for nursing mother and pregnant woman.

Again is Avacado, pineapple and banana

Now i will talk of Avacado here because i have explained health benefits of banana, pineapple before, the truth is that you can put all together and eat as fruits salad or blend all together as fruits juice.

Avacado or Ube bekee as it is called in Igbo language or Ebe Nbakara in Ibibio language is fruits or food that you should not miss for any reason, it is very good for the heart, very good for the skin and hair, it serves as food each time you eat it, honestly the leaves, seed all is good for human benefits.

As you have seen in this post, I have been able to explain the 8 food that you should not miss every week, life is all about what you give it and how you care about it.

Seriously? I never knew that eating banana early in the morning can sustain us for a long time. Woaooah, this is an eye opener. Thank you for sharing this health benefits fruits with us. I love eating them all

Fruit it very important for the body but most of us Nigerians don't see it as a big deal but as for for I eat to my satisfaction when I get the opportunity.

Yes it helps in weight management, if you want to add up on weight, consume more of Avacado and rice, it will help you to build up
