Good evening people, hope all well, how are you doing today. This a local meal in my place, Ohafia. It's a snacks kind of meal. It's eaten mostly after the main meals. It's also very good for entertainment to our guests at home. We love this meal as a people. You are welcome.

Ingredients Needed

  • Ukazi leaves
  • Red oil
  • Ugba
  • Akanwu
  • Cucumber
  • Plat
  • Spoon to turn it.

Ukazi leaves unsliced

Ukazi is a local leave, well appreciated for making some special soup in Igbo land. I also know that Akwa ibom people use it to make afang soup but the Igbos use Ukazi leaves to make ofe Ukazi with okporoko and achi. But in this very aspect I'm not making soup rather I'm making it a local salad call Ukazi Agworo agwo.

I normally slice Ukazi to the sizes I want, to be able to get more from less. After slicing Ukazi it will be washed in water and set in for any use.

The mixture is very ready for the big happening Add everything together you can now stir till every thing is mixed together. Ukazi is getting ready.

Finally prepared Ukazi is here.

It has now been totally mixed with every properties needed to make delicious. Ukazi Agworo agwo is very much ready and available here, people, come let us enjoy the

Conclusion, Ukazi delicacy is good for everyone, even if you don't know it or you may not have eaten it before, try to eat it you may like it.

You really took time to prepare the ukazi soup, from the way I see it ,it must be delicious and have good taste
Note this @ijebest, your pictures should be clear, the leaves is dark and your own picture is dark too making it difficult to see your face, always use landscape picture as your tumbnail
