In life, people choose what to do, life looks free but not really free because everyone has a cacus, a segment, a level, a class or a branch of labour where they belong. Life is just a division of labor. Do your own, I do my own, life will be squarely balanced.

Here in this segment, a group of young men of 3 in number decided to learn the craft of moulding blocks for house builders. Graduated from learning and has started moulding blocks. Which has become their skill and daily endeavors, they are sustained by this with their families. These 3 young men have wife and children they're feeding from the proceed gotten from moulding blocks for others.

Materials Needed To Mould Blocks

• Sharp sand in tipper loads.
• Bags of Cement.
• Block moulding machine.
• Water

He took out a measure of sand and mixed it with a bag of cement and was mixing them together. They became one, he added water kept turning them to a certain level, those that supposed to add it to moulding machine took over and moulded the blocks to a usable stage, called blocks. For building houses, every buildable needs blocks to become what architects drew.

When it gets to the needed level, they began to load it into moulding machine beat it into the machine and drop where moulded Ones are kept.

When he add the mixture, he will smoothen it with his stick as you know that he is using manual moulding machine to Mould Blocks.
After what he is doing now, he will carry it with his co-worker to drop it as moulded block to where others are. The mould produce two blocks at once, it's a manual labor and it's like a division of labor. Each person here has what to do and knows how to do it. They're just doing it well.

After moulding the blocks the two moulders will carry it and keep there, one of them will bring back the moulding machine for them to continue. It's done continually till all the 20 bags of cement were carefully moulded and arranged serially, very beautiful and very attractive work.

This is how they have kept doing it till every block is moulded and done very very well. That's how their work is done on daily bases. This is how they also make a living, did you know that each one bag of cement they moulded, they will be paid Naira1,000. Imagine in a day if they are able to Mould 20 bag, that's Naira 20,000. They are very rich on this job.

Conclusion

This is a serious craft if someone learn and master this skill you can never be idle, hungry or financially poor. There's nothing as important as having a hand work, a skill you are known for. people will surely call you to work for them. Learn and be balanced in life.
