THE DIARY GAME: How my Easter Sunday went/04-04-2021 by @humble2345(power up 100%)

Hello wonderful steemians,

How are you all doing? Hope you had a day full of fun and interesting life experiences. This is my diary game for today being the 04/042021

I woke up very early today, earlier than usual because on a normal day, I don't wake up by this time. I actually woke up around 5:00 am( I know it's funny but please don't laugh because I practically did not sleep because of the celebration). I was awake till 2:00 am, slept a little and then woke up again waiting for the day to be bright so that we can start cooking for today's celebration.

As early as 7:30 am, my Mum had already gone to the market to buy the foodstuffs that we will cook with today. One hour later, she came back with our cooking stuffs and the Original work began(the stress of trying to cook a very delicious meal).

We started making arrangements on how to start cooking then we finally decided to boil the rice first before making the stew. And then we had to divide the labour (where there is much work, division of labour is the best) to relieve the stress off just on a single person while others do nothing.
I am to make the stew and my younger sister is to make the rice. And she goes first by making the rice while I prepare for my turn to make the stew. When she was through with her part, which is the rice around 10:00 am the chef of the house now came into action.

I started with washing the chicken first, then proceeded to boiling it. After some minutes, it was ready but it doesn't just end there, I had to fry it (we prefer it fried). Then when the frying of the meat has come to an end, the most awaited stew making began.

I make really nice foods, I am actually the chef of the house and my stews are irresistible ( it's not a matter of being proud ooo, I make the nicest food ever) and I am very proud of my self when it comes to cooking because I learnt from the best. My Mum is actually a very nice cook so it's in the blood. After some few minutes, my stew was ready and we all got ready for the celebration of the risen of Christ (Easter) to begin.

We(all the family members) are like gluttons. Yes! Over here, my doctrine believes and appreciate such. On any celebration day(Christmas,New year or rather Easter), We ignore getting fat, ignore indigestion, ignore almost all our worries and celebrate with our body and soul, you know why? Because Christ has risen!!!

After eating, around 6:00 pm my younger siblings went out to chill the more but poor me, I don't have money to go out neither do I have anyone to take me out. Not that I don't want to go, from my heart if I had seen anyone to take me out, I would have gladly gone. But since there is none, I got busy with my phone, looking through the internet while passing away some Time. According to my doctrine, Christ has risen and we are free from sins!!!
