Good day my alive steemians, I want to give to you the best and attractive places here in the city of Aba (“the commercial nerve center”) but I call this city (“the city of hustlers”). There are different attractive places here in Aba but I would be mentioning only 3 as instructed. And as a new comer here you would certainly love to explore these places.

1. Enyimba Stadium

The Enyimba International Stadium is a Multi-pupose stadium in Aba. It is currently used mostly for football matches. It serves as a home ground of Enyimba Football Club.

Enyimba F.C. is a Nigerian football club based in the city of Aba. The name Enyimba in Igbo language means “People’s Elephant” and is also the nickname used for the city of Aba.

This Club was Founded in 1976, and arose to prominence in the 2000s. It is also considered the most successful Nigerian football club as they have won 2 “African Champions League ttitle”, 8 “Nigerian championships” and 4 “Federation Cups” since 2001.

This is one place I love so much because I get virtually everything I need be it foodstuff, clothing, footwears, home appliances cheaper and of good quality.

The Ariaria International Market is an open market located in the city of Aba in Abia State, Southeast Nigeria. The market is one of the largest markets in West Africa and has it’s nicknamed as “China of Africa” because of its popularity in the production wears and leather works. This market is open to every parts of the country as it is and international market.

This market is located at Faulks Road, Off Aba-Owerri Road, Aba.

Ariaria International Market was established in 1976 after the fire outbreak that destroyed the old Ekeoha Market (Shopping Center) in Aba. The market is known for its shoe making and leather works thus making it one of the largest leather shoe-making markets in West Africa with an estimated two million traders in the market. As of now the market is nothing only recognized as a shoe making plaza but as a place for well qualitied materials and products.

This market, I’m so very sure is a place where people from far and near, including Lagos, Calabar, Port Harcourt and Cameroon come to buy their goods for either business or personal use.

Conclusion

I believe as a first timer in the city of Aba, you wouldn’t want to miss out visiting these places either for shopping or exploring purposes.
