Birthdays are worth celebrating (It's My Birthday)

Good Morning beautiful people. It's a great day today. So delighted to be here. I hope you are all doing great. It's my birthday I would so appreciate it if you all wish me and join me to celebrate this special day of mine. You all do have a great day and a enjoy the rest of your day. Thank you all.

A Birthday isn't just a time to celebrate itself. It is an expression of thanks to God for being born and still being alive. It is also an occasion to rethink your life. It is a great time to reflect on your past, evaluate your present, and make plans for your future.

Before now I always have questions pop up; questions like
Why Should i celebrate my birthday?
What's So Special About my Birthday?

These questions popped up not because I did not know that Birthdays are important or isn't a special day, but because to me it serves as a reminder to somethings, some plans and achievements that haven't been actualised yet. And that always make me kind of sad on my birthdays.

For few years It has always been like that and this happened unconsciously and continuously, and then it creeped into a year, then another year and another year, and it tried contaminating my birthdays for four good years. And gradually it kept eating me up even without me knowing it. So I needed a way out.

So i had to consciously start seeing the importance of Birthdays.

So last four years I had to put a stop to that which I usually feel whenever my birthday is close or on my birthdays, so on a fateful day, I got up, looked at myself in the mirror and encouraged myself with God's word, this lasted for weeks, and then I realized that I had accepted the devil's suggestions about me without knowing it all the while, but this time with my continuous affirmations to myself with God's word, it was as though a veil was torn, and I could see clearly. God's word helped me through and through.

Now I've come to have a better understanding that your Birthday was your beginning and not your ending; yes we've got plans and things we want to achieve, but because our lives isn't ended yet, this means that we are given opportunities to get to achieve them and even more. And celebrating it is an expression of Thanks and it is a chance to acknowledge your existence. So many wished they existed today but here I am alive, which is the most important, also living in health too.

Your birthday only comes around once a year and should be celebrated for several beautiful reasons. So I Say Happy Birthday To Me, and also to all February celebrants.

For we've got several beautiful reasons to celebrate our Birthdays, it doesn't necessarily mean that we must always throw a big party or something, but to acknowledge the fact that you are worth celebrating and that you matter too and you are the Best.

So I encourage someone out there, it's not over yet. You deserve to be happy, never allow the devil steal your Joy.

My gratitude goes to God almighty for bringing me thus far. And my parents who stood by me at all times.
