Weekly contest:improve your health by reducing or eliminating stress
INTRODUCTION
Hey friends, my wonderful people how are you all doing and also engaging yourselves in this week contest, hope we all are trying our possible best to participate. It is my first time of participating and its my pleasure to be a participant and I will make sure I follow the rules. As the topic implies, i will firstly define stress. Stress is a pressure or worries that is in someones life, caused by the situation or problem the person is into. There are some types of stress namely :
Acute stress:this is a type of stress that is very serious and servere, it develops fast but not for a long period of time.
Episodic stress:this is a kind of stress that occurs occasionally, it is not regular.
Chronic stress:this is a kind of stress that last for a long period of time, it is consistent and difficult to get rid of.
CAUSES OF STRESS
There are so many things that can cause stress
Losing a job
Marriage or relationship issues
Over working yourself
Death in the family
Difficulty in school or work
Family problems of all kind
SIGNS/SYMPTOMS OF STRESS
Pains
High blood pressure
Weakness/tardiness
Headaches
Sleep problem
Panic attack
WAYS TO REDUCE STRESS
Regular exercise may help reduce stress
Reduce pressing of phone this can improve your sleeping time
Try taking care of your self most
Try not to do more than you can handle, handle things within your strength
Spending time outside your home, going for site seeing can also help
Listening to cool music
THE STRESSFUL PERIOD OF MY LIFE
It all beings when my grandma died, i weep all the time, and also easily provoked, in class room i no longer consecrate to lectures.
HOW I OVERCOME THAT PERIOD
As a student that need to do well in her education, i tried to watch movies, listen to music that will get my mind absent form the incidence, also spend much time outside home for me not to see her pictures or clothes and also not being alone. This are some of the things I did and now am good.

wow friend this is so so wonderful I really learnt alot from it truly stress is not good now I know keep it up
