This is Nigeria roasted

🌽 corn. First and foremost you get corn and then you peel it, place it on a fire to roast and you start to turn it, when the corn changes color your corn is ready for eaten

That looks very tasty, yum. 😊 I haven't tried barbecuing it with the husks off before. 😊 We leave the peel on, soak them so they don't burn while barbecuing here, and they come out quite nicely that way as well. 😊 Now I'm hungry, LOL! 😊
