INTRODUCTION

Hello dear fellows steemians in steem Alive community, I am delighted to make my first report of Uyo road show being 29th October, 2021. I want to say it was an interesting one and huge successful.


After I did my necessary things in the house I dressed up with my steem alive T-shirt and go straight to the venue which was at state Secretariat and I find no one at the venue, I waited for others to arrived.
Later @ngoenyi and @benson6 arrived and fetched me out and @goodybest @eliany and @benson3 joined us. it was nice to see our beautiful faces on that week.

##STEEM ROADSHOW AT STATE SECRETARIAT, UYO
State secretariat is one of the busiest environment in uyo. It's a place where people move up and down, people going to office, selling, Hawking and business centre are also located. since it was early morning we decided to visit those ones at the frontage of state secretariat called plaza. We decided to met them to promote steem.
I left my house 9:30 a.m. and we started by 10 a.m. and close by 2:30 p.m.

EFFORTS TO PROMOTE STEEM

Initially, when we arrived at the centre people were busy arranging their goods for sale. We were able to sail in and promoted steem to many people. We gave them flyers talk to them about this wonderful platform, many showed interest, some complaint of not having android phone that can help them to sign in. I introduced steemit to two ladies and gave them flyer, I took time to explain everything about steemit, she was moved to sign in. unfortunately, her battery got low. she collected my phone number told me to come back on next week Friday to sign in. ()

CONCLUSION

Uyo City road show came out with good positive results, the atmosphere was favourable, people responded very will our message, were able to sign in people and help them to do their introductory post while others promise to sign in at their leisure time.
After the reggae we played the blues, @ @ngoenyi invited us to have some refreshments at tantalizer

While at tantalizer we still need to promote steem to people who were starring at us @eliany introduced steem to them.
