Introduction

On behalf of the entire team using @steemcurator04, I want to say a big thank you to @steemcurator01 for allowing us to us the 04 account to reward content creators from our continent. We are steadily growing and there needs to be a better arrangement in place for all the curators from Africa voting with the @steemcurator04 account.

We have been voting randomly with the account and do not have a schedule. This has affected the efficient and fair use of the account by all. Currently, the following African reps are voting with the account in no particular order:

Now we decided to put the house in order and have a proper schedule for using the 04 account. After discussing the situation and considering a proposal by @njaywan, we agreed to the following:

The Schedule

1. Voting in turns: We agreed that we will vote with the account on a daily basis. Hence, for each given day, CR(s) from a particular country will use the account to vote and the next day, another rep will take their turn
2. Account Recharge: We also agreed that the account should be allowed to get back to 100% and should not be used when the voting weight is lower than 85%. So the CR voting should use the account to vote serially from 100% to 85% and then stop. allowing it to recover to 100% again before the next curator starts using it.

So here is the voting schedule which runs from the first day to the last day and back again

Conclusion
