Introduction

It is good to live a healthy life, a life free from sickness and chronic diseases but sometimes it is not like that, in God's kingdom no body will say I am sick but before then there is this enemy we should fight against, why? this is because with it in our body we will be spending our hard earned money daily, weekly or monthly.(visceral fat)

What is visceral fat and how do we know is in the system?

Visceral fat is a sticky type of fat more dangerous than cholesterol, visceral fat stores in the major orgarn like the heart, liver, kidney and Intestines, what a dangerous fat, from the opening picture I use you will see normal orgarn and the one covered with visceral fat.

There are ways you will know that you have too much visceral fat in your system.

  • As a woman when your waist is more than 34 inches.

  • For a man when your waist is more than 35 inches, it shows danger of visceral fat.

  • When you notice that your stomach is pushing front and your skirt or trousers are no longer your size, you don't look fit again etc.

We accumulate much visceral fat from red meat, fried food, soda drink, too much sugar so we need to check label of what we are buying before making payments.

How to get rid of visceral fat

Because of the danger associated with high level of visceral fat one need to do his or her best to burn it out of the system or prevent it for those that are not suffering from it now, below are dangers that follows visceral fat.

  • Type 2 diabetes
  • Heart related problems
  • Indigestion etc

It is very is to accumulate fat but not really easy to get rid of it but I am telling you if you are ready to get rid of it you will succeed, there is a saying that

Health is wealth
So now where is your wealth if you will live a life of seeing a a doctor all the time, now is the time to no to poor health and embrace good health by following these simple step👇

  • Target to exercise 30 minutes daily.

  • Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily and start in the morning.

  • Follow your healthy diet all the time

  • Eat more vegetables and fruits that processed food

  • White meat preferably

There more things to do to keep fit which you know , keep doing them you will be free from high visceral fat. We need to do all we can to be healthy now so to save some pain and money that will be involved in treating the bad effect of this fat in our system.
