Ingredients
- Beef
- Ponmo
- Shine nose smoked fish
- Stock fish
- Cray fish
- Palm oil
- Salt
- Beef seasoning
- Cameroon pepper
- Onions
- Waterleaf
- Ugwu leaves
PROCESS
=} Season your beef
=} Let it boil for a while
=} Then add your stock fish and your smoked fish
=} Let it boil for some minutes
=} Add your Cameroon pepper and your cray fish
=} Add your palm oil
=} Add your ugu leave and water leaf
=} Stir together and let it cook
for 3 minutes
